Let’s Get Started
If you've found your way here, welcome. I'm so glad you're here!
For more than two decades, my career has been rooted in one simple belief: the body has an incredible capacity to heal when we learn to listen to it.
My journey began in 2003 as a Licensed Massage Therapist in New York City, where I worked alongside physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and with professional athletes. I developed specialty treatment protocols for reflexology, sinus conditions, prenatal care, athletes, and post-operative recovery. I was always digging deeper for a more holistic and comprehensive way to help people heal.
I also taught Shiatsu massage and the foundational principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Swedish Institute, reinforcing my passion for understanding the body as an interconnected system.
After becoming a mother, my own breastfeeding journey (read: complete disaster) inspired me to transition into lactation care. In 2016 I became an IBCLC, turning my greatest challenges into a new passion.By 2020, I combined lactation consulting with infant Craniosacral Therapy (CST) after recognizing the vast unmet need for this work in our tiniest population. I trained with some of the leaders in this highly specialized field, (shout out Beames) and got to work.
After my infant clientele grew into pediatrics, teens, and adults, I circled back to my Myofascial Release (MFR) roots. Integrating these two modalities felt less like learning something new and more like coming home. It’s all structural fascial work-just at varying depths and intentions.
Today, I integrate CST and MFR, caring for all ages, from birth up.
As an IBCLC, I work with families experiencing a broad spectrum of feeding challenges.
As a manual therapist, I see folks suffering with chronic pain and tensions, vertigo, tinnitus, traumatic brain injury history, autoimmune conditions, autism spectrum disorder, nervous system dysregulation, and so much more.
The combination of CST and MFR create profound change and relief, and most importantly, body awareness. Awareness is often where healing begins.
I practice in Larchmont, New York, and also provide home visits throughout Westchester County and southern Fairfield County, Connecticut.
This blog is where I'll share case studies, celebrate phenomenal collaborations, ask better questions, occasionally ruffle a few feathers, and encourage readers to think beyond labels.Read the person—not the label.
Thanks for being here.
Until next time, stay curious, ask questions and…..
Mind your body... it'll tell you more than you think
